Information pursuant to art.13 and 14 of the European Regulation 2016/679

We wish to inform you that Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.

According to the aforementioned Regulation (also abbreviated in the acronym “GDPR”), such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and rights; therefore, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the aforementioned Regulation, we provide you with the following information:

Data Controller

Source of personal data

The data in our possession have been collected directly from you or collected from third parties and acquired in relation to contractual relations, such treatment will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Data processed

Concerns your personal data: first name, last name, address, telephone, social security number, ID card no., images, records, other personal, identifying, administrative, accounting, tax, financial, commercial, possibly computer data, directly referring to the supplier of the same or, for essentially identifying and computer data, of the interested parties (such as collaborators, employees, referents, etc.) communicated by them in the execution and performance of relations with the owner and in compliance with and in accordance with the provisions on the processing and protection of personal data. In addition, for the assignment received, we may process special data such as, for example, health status, membership in trade union groups, data relating to convictions and crimes, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, genetic data, etc.

Purpose of processing

It has the following purposes and legal basis: contractual requirements and consequent fulfillment of legal, civil law obligations and from them as well as to achieve effective management of business relationships.

Modality of processing

Will be carried out in the following ways: paper (paper databases), computer (electronic databases, text files, spreadsheets) and telematic (e-mail) and stored securely.

Communication and dissemination of data

Without prejudice to the communication and dissemination carried out in execution of legal obligations, the data may be communicated in Italy and/or abroad to:

– our collaborators;

– our appointees;

– professionals and consultants;

– credit institutions;

– credit recovery and insurance companies;

– public authorities and control bodies;

– economic entities, both public and private, that provide or request services instrumental to or in support of the activities of the writer.

The data will not be disseminated.

Duration of data retention

Data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationships established and also thereafter for the fulfillment of all legal obligations as well as for future business purposes.

Nature of collection

The conferment of the data themselves is compulsory for all that is required by legal, civil and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to provide them or to the subsequent processing may result in the inability of the writer to initiate the same contractual relationships.

Failure to provide, on the other hand, all data that are not related to legal, civil or contractual obligations will be evaluated from time to time by the writer and will determine the consequent decisions related to the importance of the data requested with respect to the management of the business relationship.

Rights of the interested party

The data subject may contact the data controller to verify his/her data and have it supplemented, updated or rectified and/or to exercise the other rights provided for in Articles 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 of the GDPR

Complaint to the authority

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you find that the data processing has not been complied with.


You may apply to the data controller to assert your rights to request access to the personal data provided, rectification or erasure of the same or restriction of processing concerning you or to object to processing in addition to the right of portability.


We would like to inform you that the processing of your data is not part of a profiling system as referred to in Article 22 of the GDPR.
